Hey yall i'm gettin outta PA (fuckin snow) and movin to charleston SC, just wondering who's there and what are the pipe regulations down there? Lienient? Or no? Either way, i'll be moving sometime around the middle of april. WOOT!

Im in mt. pleasant just right across the bridge. You will love getting out of the snow, ive lived here all my life. Pipe situation, well there are only about 3-4 head shops to sell too...ive never had to deal with the cops and my pipes, so im not really sure. Its pretty straight though. Look foward to having a nother lamper in the area!

i havent tried to sell any pipes in the charleston area, but last i heard, south carolina was somewhat crackin down. id definitely do some investigating, but i think a lot of sc stores were shut down for improper terms usage.

Yea i know a few shops that have had their inventory wiped out, because of improper terms and what not. But they always seem to come back and tehy are all still here selling glass.
