how does he add clear so easily? im not familiar with furnace work at all but that video is cool!!

Thanks for finding this. I am teaching a class of 10 students on making boro marbles and yesterday they were asking me how regular marbles was made. I will show them this video.

Lots of clear can be added by using a kiln/crucible that is filled with molten glass.
