Beginner / Intermediate Level
Working with colors from Glass Alchemy, students will learn how to achieve the luminous qualities available in borosilicate glass. A variety of surface designs, encasing techniques, and color-layering will be explored through mandrel bead making. Students will also gain a better understanding of color development using Nortel Minor burners. It’s all about the color and texture. Some torch experience is preferred.
