Dont forget it is YOU who produces. Think about if you are going to stay in the region. Think of something that can follow YOU. Mine is The Glass 4est,I am 4est and my glass can go with me.

I actually just changed our logo, I hope you still like it. Let me know, I haven't had any feedback on it yet. I put our motto on it this time too. :D

The green rain logo was made by the Shividas guy like 6 years ago. I've tried a few times to change it but have failed miserably every time. :lol Logos are so tricky cause they have to be very simple so people remember them and recognize them. Think about every major logo out there (pepsi, coke, ford...) and how simple they all are. I don't think artists think in simple terms so it was quite the challenge! :rollin

I'll prolly tweek it quite a few times before I'm happy with it, and your feedback will help. :)

How about : Just Desert , or Your Just Deserts, maybe Desert Deserts . or if your name is Don - Don's Deserts .....
My favorite is the first one .
Just kinda funny to play on the double meaning , then your desert roots always stay with .

Desert :
deserved reward or punishment -- usually used in plural <got their just deserts>

Nubblet, I like your idea...but desert (dry arid region) is spelled differently than dessert (sweet delectable post meal treat.)

I think "Just Desert Glass" is pretty cool though as it still plays on the phrase "just desserts"

The name "High Desert" is so over-used here that it's not at all catchy or memorable. Seriously, look in ther yellow pages under any kind of local business and there is almost always a High Desert blah blah blah... Maybe think of all the stuff that's around here like obsidian, juniper (even tho juniper is a terrible, terrible tree), pondorosa, or lava etc.

Did you ever find any shops in Bend? This is Neil in Redmond btw

Desert is spelled right it is spelled with 2 ss if you mean tasty treat , only 1 s if it means arid dry region or deserved reward . I had posted the dictionary def below for just that clarity . I had done a dsert (no e) spell check to clarify for myself , as I had heard and seen the term but , thought it may have been spelled wrong using only 1 s , since dessert is kinda your reward for cleaning your plate .

Using a twist like this would make people remember the shop and probably the name . People may even ask what it means or how you got it maybe even if it is spelled right or why did you spell it that way . This gives you the chance to explain and "teach " them what it is or means , which will create a greater chance for them to remember the name (and you) . Blet-Blet
