The value of your 'art' is determined by you. You could easily create a 'catalog' page using pics of your pieces. If your shipment was insured, there really shouldn't be any debate on the package value. Who did you use as a courier ?

UPS, Im just trying to jump through their hoops, all i can seem to find online from searching is import shit, and most of it is labeled "weed pipe" and such.

is not the value of the piece, the price that the person (receiver)
was paying for the item...??? just my two cents...
we do need a place where we can see over all prices of
products and that way we as a community can insure that
the things we sell are not cutting someone else's throat...
after all, we all would like to build the value of our finished
product and keep that value...
just a thought thrown in for good measure...
thats bullshit! dont let them fuck w/you an invoice sent to the customer is plenty if they need more verification they can call the customer to verify the value of the products sent out. Thats all I needed when I had this problem w/them.

Yeah i thought the same thing, but the invoice to the sender is not sufficient proof, they want pics, someone at the top don't know how to read.
Man its not on you to do this. I've gone through hell fighting them over this. They told me if they could find the same product cheaper that is the amount I will be payed. Do you sell the same piece to a distributor? maybe they could email you a pic if so. I had to be forceful w/them even threatening them w/a lawsuit to get anything from them. They eventually called the package recipient and never bothered me about verifying prices. You have to remember their job is to make things as hard as possible for you so you eventually give up and they dont have to pay.
....since each piece is a one of a kind hand crafted artwork what are you supposed to compare it to except what the recipient was in agreement to pay for it.

get a AK-47
go there and straighten things out!!!
all shipping company's are bullshit. they dont need no pics and prices from another maker. they have to pay you what was on the invoice. they will eventually. just keep callin. also go over there heads if you have to. eventually you will get to someone high up in the company that will not want to fuk around with ya and they will just pay ya.
i know this sux!!!

So then take pics of the items you're selling, include a price, and email it to me.
I can host a 'catalog' of sorts of prodo and headies, or whatever other artwork.
