Thanks all. It was a prototype for an event Red Bull had at the Daytona 500. Unfortunately they wanted us to make the pieces at the 500 for their high end employees which didn't pass the Daytona's insurance people. Hope more comes about with this relationship...we'll see. They did give us 8 cases for just attempting the prototype.

It is 23 1/2" tall and we had just 1/2" to spare in the kiln.

could you get away with using the little bull in the pull tab as a push mold of some sort? or would the aluminum melt too quickly? could push, fume, encase, then attach... just a thought.... :)
