So I got back from visiting my family in Louisiana last month and I had a subpeona waiting for me when I got home. Basically this credit card company is suing me, do not deal with Household Bank, they will fuck you over hardcore. So I quit paying them alltogether about a year ago, now I'm getting sued... I decided to just file Bankruptcy and get all the debt wiped off, even though it's a lot less than most peoples..... Anyways, so now I have to file taxes for 05 and 06, which I should've been anyways I just didn't believe in it, but now I'm left with no choice to....

So to the main point.... My funds are severely lacking this month, having spent over a grand on a lawyer and court fees and having to pay taxes for two years all at once. My girlfriend wanted to go see Citizen Cope this month in Portland, I got the tickets a while back before I knew about all this financial bs....

So basically I need a couch to crash on May 29th for my lady and I. I can kick down a few prodo pieces, or maybe some raw glass, or some good tobacco...

So any good samaritans out there wanna give a good guy and his sexy lady (no I won't share her, lol) a place to stay for the night? Maybe collab on a piece or something too....

p.s. I'd really like to meet up with Abe and talk color, if you read this.....

hey bro sorry to tell you this, but thanks to the republicans, you cant wipe out credit card debt anymore by filing for bankruptcy.

As for a place to stay, I have an extra room in my house. I also have a big shop to make things.

Hit me up.

Actually, in 2005 the Republicans just made it a lot harder for people to file bankruptcy. Not alltogether impossible. I had to take a class, fill out tons and tons of paperwork, get all kinds of auto quotes so I don't lose my car. Then after I file I have to take another class before the bankruptcy goes through.

Thanks for the offer on the place to stay, I may be hitting you up soon. I really need to try to find a place close to the venue, which is the wonderland ballroom or something, I'll have to check....

I really want to meet up with Abe for sure though.

Try consumer credit counciling first before doing bankrupcy. It will still show up on your credit report but it is ten time better looking on your credit report than bankrupcy. CCC makes you pay back the debt but they will negotiate with who you owe and get the full amount down or possibly cut it in half. Look them up on the net and call them see what they can do for you.
