View Full Version : Everything ok at generations ?

I am just checking that everything is ok at Generations Glass, as I want to place my first order with them, and I have been working at putting togeather my order for the last week and am ready now, but there is some problems with the shoppnig cart correctly figuring out my order total and I have sent a couple emails to the company and not heard anything back.

I really would like to place this order soon, and I have spent my time on the web and I really like Generations Glass over the other sites, they have the best prices and I really like the way they display items, especially colors and make it easy to browse through the colors. I have read all the posts on here about how they have the best customer service and are a real company by glass blowers for glass blowers, and so I am psyched to order wtih them, I have nothing bad to say about them and really want to palce this order and do future business, but I'm a little worried since I am not able to get ahold of anyone.

Its a holiday for one, Kristen is good at getting back to you. I usually call him with what I want, its his dime.

He moved awhile back, so he must be expanding, hes real busy last week I talked to him

hey this is fatmike the in house blower at generations, his family is probably out of town this weekend (memorial day ), he should be back in the am tommorrow, but he may check his e-mail when he get's home. If it's a simple question I may be able to help, but he really is the one you want to talk to if it's about discounts and such.


Sorry for the wait, but even hardcore people like Kristian need a break every once in a while.

Well here are a couple things that might help.

If there are errors on the shopping cart, its because a color or item is out of stock.

The only discount that applies directly is the GLDG coupon code. I believe that if you order enough color to get a discount, just add a note on the bottom and the discount will be applied on your invoice.

Im sure Kristian can clear all this up tommorow though.
