I placed an order with Adam like 4 mos ago and he kept playing the invisible man. It took me like 3 weeks to get a hold of him in the first place and once I did and got to place the order; he told me it was being shipped that day via fed x. I kept waiting for it and calling fed x and asking them if they would do a search for packages due to my addy and they kept assuring me that there wasnt anything headed to that addy. So I kept calling adam and he wasnt answering. So finally I wrote him an irate email telling him that I no longer wanted the order and that he should either hire someone to take care of the smaller customers or have the decency to to tell people he didnt have the time and refer them to one of his distributors. I'm sure he is a very nice and well meaning person but.....
Anyway; I personally like to go through Technolux. Brian Wise is a great sales person and has always treated me the same whether I was spending $20 or $2,000 and they've always got tons of glass on hand. The glass is a little more expensive than the Eigenschaft (its simax) and they dont offer free shipping. But regardless of what we all tell our customers (LOL!!!) we all know that glass is cheap no matter where you get it.
