After trying to get a vortex to look like a vortex, I finally got one!
What do you think?

Yes it is Boro! Nice eye! I went to a torch night with my friend, Mike Close. He uses only Boro so I thought I'd jump right on it and make a Boro marble too.

Looks like Blue Amber Purple or perhaps Alaskan Night to me... But then again, I'm no boro expert :D

The very center is Blue Moon. The other color, I am not sure - I just grabbed a rod.

I know that I am surounded with experts here and I totally appreciate your posts. This marble is one of the biggest I've ever made! Usually when I use soft glass, making an 1 and 1/4" marble is big! Thak you again you all for your support.
