any one played with this stuff? Is the dichro all the way throughout the glass?

I haven't played with this, but nobody else is answering, so I'll chime in... If they are putting out dichro throughout the glass, it has to be reworked after it is made. Like prestacked, before they send it out. Dichro is a surface treatment leaving a metalic coating and does not sink into the glass... I think this is a Dichroic Alchemy product. I would go to their site and check it out. They are really helpful and make some sick dichro. Here's the link, if you don't have it. http://www.dichroicalchemy.com/

its just the coating like when u can get a dichroic glss with patterns of different colors on it like flowers except it is more organic it looks like they mask off a templet for the final coat

Yea, its a mask.
No dichro is "in" the glass until you make it so.
All those secret fades and blends and patterns are just stainless steel templates AND the height and angle you put the glass in the chamber at.
This new tubing thing that Pacific Boro is doing intrigues me. Could this be the new thing?
