New Glassartists page

Hey everyone, I am in the middle of setting up a new Glassartists page. Let me know what you think, i am going to be posting more detail/close up shots and hopefully a scetchbook section if i can get this scanner to work....

oh yeah, broadband rocks, this would have taken me a month on my old computer!

Lookin good! Your photos are great. Is amanda your girlfriend? Gonna get some hot glass in there too?

Yeah. Amanda and I are thinking of pairing up on the site to try to break into the top 25. Her soft glass is out of control! We are going to start collaborating on some work, i just have to learn how to flamework soft glass now! We already have some great ideas for large scale works, she welds too and I am thinking of some metal cages and or metal inserts for glass cages. the possibilities are endless!

I like that you guys have paired up, its a great idea. You two will go far with the individual visions that you guys have. But pair the two up and watch the F--- out! Im excited to see what comes out of you guys in the months and years to come. Good luck!

Thanks Rusty, Amandas work is really taking off, we have toyed with collaborative ideas before and now we are finally making some progress. We have a whole bunch more pictures to post, so stay tuned!! Hope things are going well for you, I just found a studio to rent some time from in Miami, its well equiped and looks like things are gonna work out pretty good down here. Miami is most definately growing on me, I missed a real city with cultural diversity, jacksonville was a black hole for diversity!

Wow!! the chandeliers (sp?) are very gigeresque, I don't know if thats what you were aiming for, but I dig it!! Make me a Cuthullu chandaleir from dark green multi please?
