So we finally completed the arrangments for our show in September, so if you're gonna be in the area feel free to drop by Eclectic Galleries in Jacksonville Beach, Florida September 14th & 15th to see them in person. If not use the link below.
These took a lot of sweat... literally. The last days of finishing them up the temps were 95 and up outside and in our kiln...err I mean shop it was pushing well over 100. We were very proud of ourselves with these arrangments and that feeling doesn't come every day. We hope you enjoy them and thanks for looking.

Good stuff guys. Really well done. Nice colors and nice arrangements too. Heck, if someday you guys stop blowing glass, you can always fall back on flower arrangements...

Those are amazingly beautiful. Very natural looking. You got the "movement" down: they look naturaly imperfect just as nature is. I particularly like the Tropic Sunrise. Fantastic!!

Thanks all for the kind comments. It really felt good to complete these a full month before the show is scheduled. Took a load off so we can concentrate on orders and maybe completing some more arrangments. It was good to see the progression as we worked on it, figuring out what we did wrong/right, what needed further design ect. Such a growing process. I realized with these at, least for me that the actual making of them was what was so rewarding, really learning from your mistakes, you know your growing. It's kind of crazy that after they were done that I didn't really even what to look at them anymore, I was over it. That's when I knew the process was the real joy. Now comes the hard part....getting them all sold. Thanks again everyone.

Nice work, if I was near Florida I would make the trip to check them out!!! I really dig the arrangements, when I lived in Boston I used to spend hours and hours just looking at the Blashka flowers at Harvard....great stuff!!!!
While we are at it.....

Yah we gotta check out the Blashka pieces in person, they're definately an inspiration to say the least. I can't believe what they pulled off way back when. Amazing! I still can't get over there octopus too, I have it as a screen saver. Nothing like being inspired by pieces older than a hundred years.

October 7th here at Hines Field. I don't recomend betting against us on that one. We made some real good moves offseason, had the toughest training camp with more two a days than any other team. Plus the new coach wants to win. So I can bet we have a pretty good season. But I can't wait to watch that game.

Hey thanks to all who came out and supported us this weekend. Met some great people, some blowers from Jacksonville U and some future clients. We couldn't have asked for a better showing. Little did we know it was also the opening of Michael Baryshnikovphoto exhibit just down the road at the J Johnson gallery. So anyway below is a link to a couple pics from the show. Thanks again!
