My sister just got married at the beginning of September and I made this cake topper for their reception. This was a challenging project as I don't normally do this much architecture on my sculptures. It was a lot of fun though, and sure felt like a nice gift for my sis!

Made of Effetre on a Nortel Minor Burner.

this is a pretty KooL piece man... i'll bet it means a lot to the
happy couple and it will for a long time...:D

a friend wanted me to make a bowling pin for his groom's cake
but, he asked at the last minute and i didn't have a single of
white to make it with...:bummed:

i love seeing all the possibilities come to life in glass...:bouncy:

glass is truly endless in how and where it can be beautiful...

i only hope that one day, i can grow up as a lamp worker and
start making things that are worthy of an artist...

Very nice! Is that a different bride from the one you showed us in class?

Thanks! Its actually a different bride AND groom, about 2/3's the size of the ones you saw. I found out what size their cake was and realized that the whole thing had to be a lot smaller!
