Hi everyone. With the addition of our new building, we will have over 60 flame working stations throughout 5 buildings with plenty of kiln space and good ventilation… and we would like to see it used more than 1 week per year for AGI.
If anyone is interested in renting our facility for your event or class / classes, or if you need space for a collab, please contact us at (724) 791-2100 to discuss your needs. We do not have any set prices- the cost will need to be calculated on an individual basis and what your group will require.
Some helpful information to have on hand:
- Proposed dates / times of your event
- Number of people
- Estimate of how much propane / oxygen will be used
- Number of work stations and kilns needed
- Amenities needed (port-o-johns, shower rooms, cooking facilities, vending area, camping / RV spaces, sound / video system, etc.)
Note. - We are located in a quiet, peaceful, rural part of western Pennsylvania. Since this is not an urban / high traffic area, it is not a good place to hold an event where sales can be expected. We are better suited towards the educational, recreational, or collaborative aspects of glass working in an environment that is more of a “retreat” from what many flameworkers are used to.
Thanks for listening, and we look forward to speaking with you regarding your specific needs.
Tom and Elaine Doner
(724) 791-2100
P.S.- We are located about an hour north of Pittsburgh, and 10 miles south of Interstate 80 / exit 42.
