Grommet question

Hey i got an order for some sllider style sherlies, and need some gromments.

will these work for a 12mil female to slide into>>??

that would probably work but it would be easier to go down to the auto part store. they have every size.

I just use sergical rubber for my grommets and my o rings

yeah, napa or knechts or whatever you got in your area. just ask for o-rings. they use the same ones as we do. they have a variety of sizes. if you need to bring in a piece of glass to test it on bring some blank piece of tubing and say your making a hummingbird-feeder or some such thing.

Big box home improvment stores have a good selection for cheap also.

The o rings that go on the female to make a seal between your male and femal parts. then you can get at a hardware store or auto parts store. But I haven't seen any real grommets in about 10 years in any store. they all have the crappy hard rubber hamburger ones.

I bought a bunch of both kinds from Glasscraft and prefer the "T" type too. They're just easier to deal with.

I've got gromets and "O" rings coming out the wazzoo,

Gromits - $0.10 each they come in bags of 100 (12mm female)
0 rings - $0.05 each,bags of 1000 (9mm Male)
