distributers shipping raw glass tubing

FYI distributers. When sending raw tubes of glass in popcorn, be sure and cover up the ends so popcorn doesn't cram into the tube. I've spent two hours removing popcorn and tidbits of popcorn out of these 50mm tubes, and I'm not even half done. It's a serious pain in the ass, I even ordered a case but didn't get the case box. Just doing a bit of bitching.

Do you have a shop vac? If so, why not rig up a little job that you could attach from glass tube to hose, and then attach the hose to the outflow on your shop vac? Well, i suppose that could introduce dust into your glass. What about an air compressor? If you have one of those, just blow through it.

Just a thought.

dude roll up a wade of dry paper towels into a ball, cram into tube and shove it through with 12 mil rod.

Yah, all those ideas are great, thanks. I guess I was mostly just looking to bitch. I swear every time I place an order, something has to be wrong with it. I just decided to leave the peanuts in there and start pulling points...does anyone know a good market for inside out pink peanut spoons?
