Paul Trautman, Suellen Fowler, Henry Grimmet, Momka, Abe, Hersh and any others working on or who have helped in the develoment of boro colors. I consider what you all do to be art. So thanks for prouducing it and effecting the world of colors which we work with today.
Oh yeah Salvidor Dali and Frank Zappa also.

I got respect for all those people who made Borocolor what it is today, if you think about it in about 10 years it has gone from some cobalts and rubies and maybe some imported stick type colors, to literally hundreds of colors.
I bet if someone bothered to count the number that have been made ever, like every discountinued company the various import sticks, that austrailian guy that made like 10-15 colors, first NS, then GA, Momka, Draconis, Abe/Presicion, Technolux.... I bet there could be like 500 colors that have been out at some point or another. All in 10-15 years, thats nuts. I realize sue ellen was starting her own mixing in 75 or something but it wasn't commercial borocolor.
Ok I got off on a tangent, as far as glass, Luccio, if hes the one with the devils and angels and s&m shit. The olds schoolers who paved the way, Pedro for those disc flips and ohms and shit, Clinton for the big aquatic bubs. Julie and amber with the big stuff they do, its cool to see women making huge stuff like they do. I want to get into big sculpted bubs like those people I mentioned.
I started 1-2 people who have taken off with it and moved way faster than I did starting solo without any exposure to other lampworkers. It seems that anyone who is willing to unselfishly help out other lampers get what their worth, make their work better, share idea's will probobly only get better and better themselves through the open sharing of info. I can't beleive people were so paranoid and unconfident of their work/techs that, years ago they would auctually stop working if they got approached by another lamper during a demo.
umm thats it...

I gotta agree with Dwaine. I really like most of the unpop movement, Jim Goad and Beth Moore-Love in particular. I can't say anyone however, because while I like most of them, Nick Bougas mostly just irritates me. :| There really isn't a good reason why, he just reminds me of a sick uncle of mine.
Favorite Artists? Luis Buñuel springs readily to mind. One of my all time favorite films is "The Exterminating Angel"
Heres a synopsis from Chaotic Cinema
"This is a brilliant and blistering assault on conventional and rational thought by Buñuel, and one of his best and unique films. The film begins seemingly usual. A collection of guests arrive at a large house for dinner. But some of the maids and servants start to leave in a hurry. They hide from the incoming guests in the hall, then flee, as if they can sense the impending event that will entrap the guests within the house.
After the dinner the guests cannot leave. There is no physical barrier at all, but they have no desire to leave the house. They cannot think in their minds that they want to leave. Days pass, and the guests quarrel and fight. Some commit suicide, some hallucinate. They become uncivilized and savage-like. Some sheep enter the house and they eat them. A bear enters the house. Outside the house the Army & Police watch and cannot enter. A little boy starts to walk towards the house, and is encouraged and cheered on by the crowd. He takes a few steps, then retreats in fear.
Eventually all the guests realize together that they can think about leaving, and do so. They all then make for the nearest church to thank God. Then they cannot leave there. Brilliant. One of Buñuel's best films. "
