marking the new year and trying a few teks, first i fumed a section of cobalt tube then tube encased it - and it worked for the most part
i lost a lot of the fume and it dosnt show up that well but sure does in the pics.
the second was i made a honeycomb piece with fume for both ends,
the mouthpiece and end section of the spoon.

i originally made reversal sections to add in but used a sparkle blue that was rod encased ,but the sparkle all checked up so didnt use it and learned not to cover up spakley colors with clear

this was mucho fun to do i think ill practice these things lots
made another tube pull the same & have more fume showing on this one
has anyone tryed the same thing but useing the amber tube?
thought it may look good with the fume?

isn' t that frustrating when a flash from a camera shows the piece the way you wanted it to be in the bare hand. I used to airbrush Hot Wheel cars and I'd spend hours layering candies over aluminum bases in flame patterns and i could never get the pop. Snap a pic with a camera .. keep the photo.. throw away the car.

true that, I am guna try to do a fully pinwheeled spoon 2moro, I love the fakt tht all us newbs are up and rokn the gldg damn this shits hot in here, I lve the fuming I g2 get me some silver and start trying it, that way I could use less color and more clear but hey I love being ambitious, I have plenty of financial resource so why not be ambitous, btw if anyone is looking for a good kiln at a good price i posted one up Im upgrading to a bigger one with double doors and 20" width
