eBay can ban whatever they want whenever they want for no stated reason. No debate. it's a private site.

that said, yes they're technically legal items, but in his description he alludes to illegal use, which is against eBay policies.

Still, someone usually has to report it, eBay doesn't look at every auction.

Ebay don't patrol and actively look for offending items anyway. If they did they would be responcable for any they missed. Instead they relay on some one reporting an item. even if its not funky and even if some thing was just reported by mistake they will useally take it down with out even looking at it.

There probely is not a lot of compatishion on ebay for these So the other sellers problely don't go around getting someone leses items pulled. Thats just my 2 cents but thats were I think at least 1/2 of item listing complaints come from. Because it takes a few clicks going threw ebays stuff to reports some thing and to me it seems like a lot of time to waise to report any thing short of child porn if there is not some reason for someone to even bother to care if an item is ok to list or not.

So useally inless an item offends some one else tring to sell the same dam thing it useally will go un noticed. Well you do have the god freaks that have nothing better to do with there time. They like to report stuff for the hell of it to.
