Rep points

So I've been using the forum a couple months casually & not worrying about the rep points & such ,but I feel I owe some for the help & advice others here have given me.
I just wen't back to some of the old posts & tried to give some reps the forum won't let me?It keeps denying access & then logging me out. Just curious to why? Again sorry,I know a lot of this has been covered before & I did search some other threads about it,but I'm still a tiny bit confused & I'm not a big computer geek so I don't know about all this mumbo jumbo.

first thing I'd suggest is clearing your cache. ask google if you don't know how. let me know if that works.

Hey Misha,I cleared my cache,but I still can't rep? THe message that comes up is " You do not have permission to perform this action,please refresh page and try again after logging in". I'm logged in when it says this & I've tried a whole bunch of times with no luck?:bangHead:
