can't open attachments

I am registered and have not forgotten my password. However, I haven't posted in along time, maybe never, not sure. Anyway, I can log on, but when I was looking at flower implosion tutorial for marbles, I was unable to open attachments. The dialogue box said I had insufficient permission to open attachments. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks alot.:twitch:

Just a guess, but it may not have anything to do with this site. Perhaps your computer is configured in a way that only certain users may open attachments?

I've had to re-log in a few times when I thought I was already logged in(mostly when taking a long time writing a post).Checking the "remember me" box seems to have solved the problem.

Thanks Udai for your great advice. KoolGlass, I tried opening attachments on my work computer and it still didn't work. Alfred, I also tried your technique and no luck. Sooooo, here is what I did. I reregistered with new user name and email address. It now works. Go figure. Thanks all for your help.
