Alright, here goes, my first solo exhibition. For those who don't really know much about me, I am first and foremost a sculptor. As a sculptor I have embraced glass as my one true love, how ever i have been working on getting glass into more traditional sculptural mediums, like steel, cast metal, ceramics and so on. Just thought I should post some pics here for all yall who have given me advice in the last four years, not only has it helped my pendant/paperwieght/pipe making skills I have also been applying what I know about lampworking into my artwork.

I have more work in the exhibition but it got way too annoying for my caffine induced hyper state to attatch all the images. At any rate this gives you a good idea of where I am going with my art. Any feed back would be much appreciated.

Wow, all those pieces put together in such a way makes me have many thoughts. It is really organic alive and growing. What is the scale of the objects? I hope you post more and make more different pieces of all sorts, jes

Yeah I am living in Iowa at the moment, originally from Michigan, moved here from Washington. You heard of Bogenrief Studio in Spencer? Gonna be starting there as soon as I graduate in May, gotta love havin a place to lamp and hone the off hand skills. So the same goes, if you ever stop through this neck of nomans land stop on in, I am always eager to meet more artists. How are the galleries over there?

Interesting concept dooder. did you cast the rock? or was it just one you found, and made your own holes?
