Hi all, I've been raising baby over the winter. Below she is playing in her digging pit in the heavy rain. Roxanne is 7.5 months now and finally I am starting to get back to making some sculptural work. It was hard to get much done with having to stop to take her out frequently.

I've been playing with some of the new TAG colors and some new Momka. Betulla Jive, inspired by the Star Wars creatures and measures 11.5x12"x3.5". She is a mix TAG and Momka. Momka green dragon head and body, carmen red nails and lips, purple thunder clothes and TAG sphagnum legs and arms. The curtain rod is clear with blk elvis tips.

Norbert the dragon is all Momka, obsidian, stormy weather, american beauty, exotic citris grapefriut and black rose in the eye cane. He is 5.25" long by 3.5 wide by 2.5" tall.

Its been fun playing with the new colors. I've found some new favorites: TAG: Sphagnum, all of them including the blue, blue blizzard, Olive grey, green ghost and caramelo/light.

of the Momka new ones, I only tested a few colors and so far I want to try more of the purple thunder and the silver tears. American beauty produces an interesting red being more pink when used thin. Stormy weather and exotic citris grapefruit are my all time favorites. carmen red is the best non boily opaque red. 0bsidian is fabulous, wow is it great over white. It is a dark cobaltish blue when thinned, but bright at the same time. the black rose is a great transparent black and makes a perfect grey if used over white.

mmm, maybe after all this I should have posted in color talk, lol.

thanks all!
The color on the dragon body is stormy weather by itself. It produces many different colors. The swirl part (end of tail and legs) is where i striped my prep rod with stormy weather AND obsidian before use. The color changes for stormy weather is based on flame chemistry. After I coated a rod with the color (stormy weather or a combo of it with obsidian) twisting it, wig wagging it, or keeping it straight while melting it in and during use will also control the pattern of color.
The curtain rods are glass. The 2 poles outside have U at top for the top rod to rest in. The decorative edges on the top rod also function to hold the velvet curtain from wanting to slide off.
