building a hotshop and then some

We found a deal on some more salvaged tin so off with the old and in with the new. Building again. We did away with our homemade greenhouse bows and moved on to a proper roof. This basicly took 3 of us five days to build. Plans include a 10foot walkway suspended from end to end. Spiral staircase up one of the existing poles. We will lower the floor for the cupola and close it in for an air conditioned retreat. You can also see some pics of the bath house the stage and the new treehouse being built. There will be a zip line from the top of the hotshop to the tree house then to the stage when it's finished. We have quite a few zip lines already posted in the trees. Makes a great way to fly thru the tree tops and the kids love it. I'll be posting more pics of the place as everything has grown and the flameshop is finally complete including a warm glass area and an ever growing cold shop.
BTW: this is an open facility and we welcome visitors. We teach thru the college here and are gearing up to have some great workshops in the future. Starting again in the fall we will have an event every fourth friday of the month. Student expo's, demos, live music homemade organic brick oven pizza and fermented local fruits for libations.

Thanks guys, It's been a dream come true. My kids have a wonderful place to grow up in and that goes the same for me and my wife. I get a lot of satisfaction from building now I just need to learn to love maintenance.
