The prize drawing will be on July 22 and the winners will get these prizes:
1st place drawing- 1500.00 worth of dichroic images- a fat variety to test out markets with,1 tube of dichrosilicate tubing, plus 1 full sheet of either rasta gold or starship dichroic total value=1750.00

Over the years we have given away over $20,000 in giveaways. We want to help soften inflation for glassblowers as much as we can. Instead of spending money on advertising, we redirect our advertizing budget to support the glass community through these giveaway events. We always challenge other raw materials distributors to do similar giveaways on this forum, but unfortunately, we have seen little participation. Overseas operations are fucked because they do NOT make good dichroic overseas, so they would have to import it from here. (We do not sell our D.A. dichroic to any sweatshop overseas, though CBS can be purchased). That alone is going to take 2 months, then they would have to make the images (they do sandblasted images that look simple and unprofessional), and send them back to the U.S., adding another 2 months to clear customs. By then, it's been 2-4 months just to get a dichroic image product to market. So here lies the secret to destroying our overseas competition---
All we have to do is train our markets to expect customized images and use American cultural images in our production to keep them fresh and up with the times.

sports teams- hockey, football, soccer, baseball, basketball logos and famous players, jersey numbers
