shop space in and around taos new mexico?

hello friends,
i am looking for some shop space to rent in or near taos new mexico. i know there are at least a few glass blowers there im not sure if there apart of this online comunity or not but if you or some one you know has a place in there shop i can work for about a month you or they would really be helping me out. i can bring any peice of equiptment necessary. i basicly only need a shelter to set up in so i guess it doesnt have to a working shop but it would be preferable.

We're in Albuquerque, one of my shop mates is from Taos, I'll ask him.

Taos is about 3 hours north of Abq.

I used to live in Taos for a while. You could maybe find Well, Dom, or Joel around town. I don't know who is still up there anymore though. Dom used to own something called The Glass Collective, good luck.

ya im pretty familiar with the state and would love to come down to albq. and hangout if you would have me. but im needing something local i plan to live in taos for about a month (mid july thrugh mid aug.) and need a place to work. i though about setting up outside of the house but i dont want to buy a shed and since monsoon season is during the time i will be visiting i need protection from the weather. i know of one dude that has a nice shop his name is juan i believe but i dont know how to get ahold of him. so again any help would be much appriciated. i need to get the fuck out of iowa for a while. so for those of you who know someone in the area ask them nicely for me. im a good trust worthy guy imo. i know several people in the area so if they want a reference i can do that too.

Yeah I talked to my friend from Taos, he said there's a couple shops set up, btu I don't have any way to contact them....

You're welcome to drop in on us, stock up on glass, check out Albuquerque....

sounds like the same situation im in. i know they are there i just dont know how to contact them. thanks for tryinig though. do you have a store down there with raw supplys? if so that would help out a lot with not having to do an order or take glass with me down there. plus i love meeting other glass lovers as a newb i have a ton to learn so if i make it down there i will look you up.
