Ithacasglass is owned by 3 lampworkers, myself, Tim and my partners marting and alyssa.
We do belive it was on monday, someone opened our front window and removed the 4 J-Lee dry pcs we just got from him :( - This is haveing a profound affect on us, being new and not haveing a lot of money and then choeseing to spend it on the highest quality glass, just to have it stolen :(
so i am asking all of you to take a look at the 3 shurlocks on the pics below and if you see these pc let me know and tell whoever has them that i put a voodoo curse on them and for as long as they have that pc there life will be shit !!!!!!!!!!!!

there was also a sick hammer 5 section, 4 in the can, 1 in the stem, yellow and blues.
All these pc are singed with a ti pen or with a milli marble.
thanks to all for getting the work out.

they got the 3 shurlys, and a hammer - only j-lee we had in store :( - opened the front display to do it, left mad toro gear, hops in-line, frtto bubs, STF bubs, large in-line. happened while we were open, i think he grabed them cuz they were small and high doller items, other side f case was open, looked like he was going for the hops ----
lesson well learned over here - just hopeing someone sees em

THe gallery I ran got robbed twice, but both times they took my personal stuff.
IT was a two person operaton, guy and girl, I was the only employee at the time, this was when we first opened and had not hired anyone else yet. The girl asks me to see a glass piece and I get it out of the case and and am showing it to her and the first time, the guy grabs my little bag (yeah ok, my man purse) that was on my desk and I lost everything in there (wallet, keys, passport, credit cards, ID, cash, etc etc).
Then a month or two later he comes back with a different chick and I didnt recognize him (Because I didnt really pay attention to him the first time), and they pull the exact same scam, and this time they get my new Clie PDA that was basically like laptop in PDA size and worth over a grand, sigh...
FUCK I am still pissed to this day about that and wanna find that guy...

those are phat shurlies. I doubt he/she is going to resale them, I would bet they will be kept. Invest in some locking glass display cases. We had them at the Rock and Roll outlet. Worth there weight in gold. If a thief wanted a piece, they had to ask a clerk to pull it out for them. Biggest downside, every dumb one nuteded motherfucker in the world, had to gold it, them put their lips on it. UUUUGGGHHHH!!!! I have no idea how many times i said "Hey man, I have herpes, and i rubbed my open oozing blisters on the mouthpiece of that pipe today!"
the look o n their retared faces made it worth it! Best of luck on getting them back. Put up some wanted posters, offering rewards in the store. Im sure the thief will be dumb enough to show off their prizes

Hey sorry to hear about your stuff getting stolen.
One thing I hate is when sheisters teef from hard working folks.
It's a hard lesson to learn but you have to make some kind of adjustment to your cabinet/window so it doesn't happen again.
That's a hard knock to take when you're first starting out so I hope you don't get discouraged and make some good sales later to make up for it okay.

get a couple cams. one that catches a good face shot when they come in, and one to cover the cases.... then if something goes missing, you at least have a mug....even if you never manage to do anything with it but pin it to a dart board.

I recently had about 3200 retail stolen from me i know how ya feel.I don't have all the time in the world to make nice things so i'm personally attached to em. And to have something that means so much to me stolen just pisses me off to no extent. Not to mention my insurance company was trying to pull a fast one and say i'm only covered for cost of materials. Which means my time is worth exactly nothing. I really hope you find out who stole your stuff and retribution is served.
