Who, and where is this colored tubing being made?

I hear alot about a company in China, but is this really the truth?

I don't care who's selling it, who's making it is what I want to know.

shandong honhai industrial is the company making it.
frank yen is the contact.
http://www.boroglasstube.com/myhome.htm is thier page
i discussed ordering from him in some length....even to the point of paying the outrageous cost of UPSing some samples. the samples looked pretty good. same shit as everyone else has, and you CAN'T beat the prices.
but the MOQ is killer, to me at least......2 metric tons.
if you wanna know anything else, lemme know, i'll try to be of assistance.

and of course, as always, if someone is going to try to take on an order, i got 5 on it.

I don't know about boro, but I was under the impression that as in soft glass, Tecnolux manufactures tubes in like 20 different colors, with bases like Barium Strontium glass and other weird stuff for neon. It seemed like they were making it based on the info in their catalog a few years back, but I guess I don't really know. Their current website seems less informative.

We used some of this soft tubing in Shane Fero And Fed Birkhill's class in Corning, and it was super awesome for incalmo and montage work. Plus, this was before orange crayon et al. were released so the bright orange and yellow looked amazing to me as far as tubing went. They also provided transparent green, blue and more. The color worked about like Bullseye - it was much easier to blow than Morretti. Due to the stiffness, you could almost make believe it was Pyrex.
