JULY. 23-28,2008 five days of demos, collabs, workshops, and fun.
Any and All GlassWorkers welcome!!
I have an organic farm just north of pemberton, bc. this summer, the pemberton festival (tragically hip/tom petty, etc.) will attract over 40,000 people per day to the area.
i have a campground, amphitheater and stage, art gallery, outbuildings, and i've reserved a 60x20 ft tent/canopy with sides......live music, cold beer, and glass galore!!
The schedule is still coming together, demos, collabs, glass and tool exchange.....a flame off or two?
the last two days of the gathering will feature our "underground art show", The Ill Legit Art Show, where the public will be invited to come check out our stuff. Just as the pemberton festival is ending.....
we're trying to get a booth at the festival to promote our art show, like a co-op effort.
There's lots of room, so i hope everyone can come!
come for a day, or a week.
bring camping gear, food, and some tools if you want to work....and Art to sell to the tourists!
the CC magazine will be here covering the action, we have some sponsors, (we are looking for more), and some great prizes to give away.(a gtt torch, bench rollers, and more)
don't bring your dog, might scare the goats.....
we have reggae planned on the 23rd (Selassie's Bday), and live DJ and bands all weekend on our stage.
