I don't have quick disconnects for my Red Max and I was hoping to get a chance to try some different torches as I am considering getting a new one but am as yet undecided. I would love to be able to get on a cc or a mirage, or anything comparable. If anyone is bringing their equipment to the show and has some time they are not using it, perhaps once demos are over for the day, I would love to be able to try out some of the stuff we will be learning. Thanks!

Just ask someone while you're there- people use each other's torches all the time, just ask first. :)

there's almost every type and size of torch set up at AGI, no worries.

You're welcome to come by the shop some time and try to CC and Delta.

Thanks for chiming in Doug, I appreciate it.

That's one of the many cool things about this event. We're all family, and anything you want to know... or tools you want to play with, are available to you for the asking.

You will go home with a head full of knowledge and an address book full of new friends. I'm so proud to be a part of this, and I'm kicking into high gear at this point to get all of the details set up.

I can't wait to hang out with all of you real soon!!

I have a barracuda I want to sell and was thinking I might bring it to AGI for people to use and maybe someone would want to buy it. Is that allowed?

I am definitely going next year as well. Already took off of work, and everything. You guys have fun this year, and don't worry I am not as much of an ass as some of you think, Just a wise ass.

Can I get a ticket for next year now, so I can lock myself into making it out there.

Jane - I'm pretty sure you'd find a buyer before AGI if you list it in the classifieds here.

OMG, 29 days... I better get my shit together. I will make it, I will make it, I will make it.

Having hip replacement surgery 3 days after AGI- I was so happy that they made that allowance for me. It is meant to happen.

Anyone bringing a 'cuda or tiger shark? I'll bring along one each of my 4-stud manifolds. Good price if you're interested and I'll install it free.

Last year was my first AGI, for the people who have never been before, prepare for overload... :)

Bummed about missing this year, but Mrs. B will be Dr. B this time next year (or, at least, ABD), and my schedule will be open.

Lava, I didn't take a torch last year. I will for sure take one next year, but I had pretty good luck using other peoples' (thanks Jamie, Craig and Moch!).

I would bet if you don't bring one you will the next year . If i were going I would have all the stuff I normally use so someone more advanced can peep my style and habits .Maybe one of those old dogs might drop some CC , And help you save time and money.Maybe a novice might ask you why you do it like so.

I thick knowing a 100% that I could be on a torch whenever I needed all week long beats bouncing between others setups thinking were did i lay that or if this was my station I would have this there. And so on

Thats just me, I cant go so I just thought from a person thats not going but wants too perspective.
Have fun, J

I hear that jr, it would be helpful to get some critiques on set-up and habits! often there is an easier way to do simple little things, from opening tubes to cleaning off punties, and sometimes it takes being shown! I'm sure I'll do fine though as I plan to watch more than work...
