Why doesn't anyone go in the chat rooms any more? Are you all scared?

I'm just thinking back to when there used to be a party going on in that bad boy...


I think some of you remember how it was.... It was fun...

for me when you enter a chatroom you have to give it all of your attention or you feel rude. with message boards you can read everything at your own leisure and if you feel like replying at the moment you do, and if not you dont. i dont know about other people but i am usually multi tasking when surfing the web, i got an old pc right next to my torch that that i pay constant attention to but i dont really have the free hands to interact that much.

i don't mind chatting with one or maybe two people but when there's a larger group in there i can't keep up. i accidentally miss a question and then i feel bad when i realize.

I don't go in there anymore because it is usually just the "where are you, how long have you been torching, blah ,blah, blah". I go to a glass chat room to talk glass and it wasn't often that happened.

I remember the old skool black and white forum where we used to chat.. The ol' fartglasspipmakers forum.. where we used to fart and talk about pipemaking not stiring up a melting pot. ;)
