so I'm thinking "well, there's probably a lot of Patti waltons out there right?"

nope... it was her, and they show some of her glass too.

Pati had sent in pictures of the bear on her deck to 9News (Denver NBC). They liked the pictures and sent out a reporter to interview her, yesterday. 9News ran the story:
