This has great potential! I'd surely make the 8 hour drive to go hang out! I don't think there's anything I can show anyone but I'll contribute in any way I can. The Kobuki torch looks awesome! I'd love to try it!

I think its safe to say we are going to make something Krazy, It's hard for me to consider a plan till I know who's on board, and what they can bring to the table.

I am anti-pipe making in this studio because we have students from girlscouts- the ceo of the MERC and retired president of IBM in here.

Well guess what?

The furnace is off!

So making a very large complex piece is not out of the question because on the weekends nobodys around....

I am supportive of the idea of a pipe being a piece of art;o)

One of my favorites was the "Cosmic tuning fork"

What a concept

Maybe for all the "bad asses" we will make some goblets...

Looking @ the calender.........

August 9th 4p.m.-10p.m. Heres the deal, bring everything ya got because we are going to work as a team on something big:o) Belive me I have enough annealing space.

I can't wait to see what you guys put together! Unfortunately, for the sake of the colab, I'll be in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Not unfortunate for me though! I need my annual fix of that place!

Icarus

Billygoat - At the moment... nowhere. We just bought a house so I could start flaming again (my landlord shut me down... long story), but I've been so busy with school, fixin the house up and a new job, i haven't even had a chance to set up. I've been feeding the addiction by doing the open torch sessions at the vinery, but it's like two hours once a month, so I'm feelin' rusty and am not really able to work on my technique since practice is so infrequent. I'm hoping to be set up in the next 30 - 60 days or so, but a new semester starts in about two weeks, so it kind of depends on how intense the classes are.

Where are you setup at these days? You sold the shop a while ago didn't you. I was meaning to stop in, but never got the chance cause I lived and worked on the westside. Now I'm on the eastside, and find myself driving by there like four times a week. Isn't that how it goes? If you ever feel like letting a noob come out and watch you work some of your insanely impressive glass magic, let me know. I'll bring the beer.

-Voodoo

Also, Michael Angelo.... damn it, i want to come so bad, but I remembered that I promised a friend I would help him move, and I don't want to be one of those guys that says they will help you move and then backs out. So not this time, but man, i want to come. Please keep on posting when you have these, and I'll try my damnedest to get there. Thanks.
