SPECIAL - You may arrive a couple of days before the class, and stay up to 5 days after the class (in the student accomadations in Murano) to tour other hot shops and flameworking studios in Murano and Venice and, hopefully, a tour of the Effetre factory. Deborah will be compiling a map, listing the hot shops and flameworking studios in both Murano and Venice. This will not be set up as a group tour. This is a self-guided tour. You do not have to stay after, or visit other studios. You can go to the beach for 5 days if you want!!! There are no cars on the island of Murano, so plan on either walking everywhere, or taking a public transportation boat. Deborah will be arriving two days before the class, and staying for 5 days after to assist. You may continue to stay in the student accomodations at the same $50 USD per night rate. There is a small kitchen in the apartments and a good grocery store nearby.
Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity!!!
Deborah will be writing an article and tutorial about Lucio Bubacco for "The Flow" spring 2009 magazine. Come to the class and be part of the article. Lucio is only teaching two classes in Murano this year. With the rate of USD to Euros, you can't take a class by Lucio Bubacco in the States for this price. In Murano you will be surrounded by incredible buildings and art. This is an experience of a lifetime!! You can't afford NOT to go! Sign up today!
