Just wanted to see if anyone knew of anywhere to get custom kiln shelves made. Looking for a pretty custom size with multiple shelves that I could easily remove and replace when needed. Thanks ahead of time.

check with ceramics supply places.
afik kaolin shelves aren't really hard to make, they just have to be fired at high temps for about a week.

I have a ceramics place a mile down the road. She has large shelves and you could easily cut them down to whatever size you need here. If you find shelves in the area you can buy a 4" diamond wheel for a angle grinder from Lowes or Home Depot. You can cut them dry if the water electric thing isn't to your liking (I sugest dry). here we have a large bridge saw that would make it easy or a felker skill saw we use for 3/4" plate glass.

i agree with somewhere buying the shelves and cutting them to your size. instead of stilts in the oven for the shelves you can put 1/2" bolts into the bricks to hold up the shelves. this has worked really well for me.

Couple of places listed here (http://www.clayzee.com/Supplies/Pottery_Supplies/United_States/Florida/index.html), not too far from you.
