The Gold Flake that comes with silver purchased on the bay!

I just got some bars of silver off e-bay. By the time I drive to the place I get silver and pay the tax they put on it I get a better deal on e-bay. But here lately they Throw in like 10 vials of gold flake with no water. I know this stuff turns to gas the minute a flame even thinks about coming near it. I was wondering if I could mix the Gold flake with water and silver nitrate and wosh it around the inside of a 38-50 mill blank then sit and let rest of water evaporate Then do a blow in or a sleave of some color tube. I am going to try this out as soon as I get teh package in the mail.

use distilled water, so you don't have weird water spots/iron/calcium/ crap. denatured alcohol might work better, since water just kinda beads up on glass.

good idea, i've thought about that a few times. i've mixed gold with silver on my fume stick before.. seemed to work ok.. but not consistent

record your concentration strengths.. ie weight of metals vs. volume or weight of liquid.

Not Really my Idea the wate siver nitrate thing came from curt,I just am adding gold flake and your denatured alcohol in one and distillied water in test two measured !

You can fume with the leafe like with reguler gold. except get the end of your punty wet first and stick some on will help kkep it from just blowing away or vaperising right up in to the air and you can get it to ball up.

Or you could make these out of the gold flake.

most leaf exept the fake shit is 22 to 24 k it has to be other wise it can not be pounded thin. They have crap that is like only 30% gold and other toxic crap. The Thiland special is what I call it. About 6 months ago a store clerk sold me a silver dollar some kid bought ciggys with in line in front of me I flopped dollar down and walked out felling good! And once I was payed at show with 40 pre 64 k head halfs I was happy.Yes Swamp I was asking smut ! He is a hoarder like myself I can tell!

I cant remember what show it was, but some detective show they had a case where a wife slowly poisoned her husband oer a long long time by sprinkling gold in his corn flakes

A guy over at the gold board were them pills were posted said his wife from India had a condition that the Dr's over there prescribed that she eat a few grams of powdered gold a day. Every day for a year. She consumed a bit over 24oz in a year. her ailment went away finely to.

Gold miners would also steal gold placer nuggets from the mines in a old time honored tradition known as High grading. IE stealing the Best nuggets for them selves and there days work. Before they become property of the boss man.

They had a lot of ways of sneaking em out including swallowing them if they are smooth placer nuggets. Wich would have to most likly involve extracting them later some how.

,pretty much any way they could hide a nug they would. Up there nose in the cheeks. I even heard of one guy that would pop out his glass eye and hide a nugget in his eye socket behind his glass eye.

Sweet you got a real dollar for just 1 fed reserve note . I have no idel why but the corner paki store by me was getting a lot of pre 64 dimes and quarters. ( I can guess it was a kid steeling his ol mans change and spending the)

So I asked the owner if he would keep his eye out for them for me. He was scoring me about a dollers face value a week. No onely would he not take any money for them he some times din't even want the face vale in return. Hes just a cool dude. Then a few weeks ago they stopped.
Now I notice they have this older chick working there and I have seen her about to give me change and then stop and pull a dime or quarter out of it and take anouther one out of the register and give me my change.
ITs Her!!!!! I know thats why they stopped lol lol
Even scoring a dime when You buy some thing thats 89 cents and you hand them a 1 doller bill and they give you back a real dime thats worth $1+

I know I just had the luck go other way I saw a 2.5 gram swiss silver ingot that the pic looked gold and bid 37 on it. Its papered so called rare swiss 2.5 gram certifid. lol

Ebay is good to if you find a good seller but its hard to always know some times as the best higest quality stuff only comes from thiland and italy mainly But also so don't the crappy crappy stuff to. So you still have to be carful to find some one thats reputable.

dang some one must of thought they were bidding on a gold ingot for that price cause swiss credits by no means rare. In any sence of the word. That would be a killer price on gold.
But for silver thats a rip. But every one lists stuff on ebay as rare. or collectors item. lol
