View Full Version : heads up north carolina, hurricane hanna due friday
...yep, hurricane hanna is currently on the path to eastern florida and right now computer models are showing it may make landfall in North Carolina. I know we have some great people there, just an fyi so you have plenty of time to deal with it however you see fit. And theres a 3rd hurricane that is being watched, hurricane joseph and that one looks like its tracking further west into the gulf.

Good Luck to all the SC and NC blowers around the coast. I am located in Savannah, GA and involved with Emergency Services, as our EOC has not opened yet there in no definitive information on storm track except what everyone else has provided by the Weather Channel. As our EOC becomes staffed I will have more information which I will post. At the time I am writing this the track appears to have shifted East and the Carolinas are now more in the center of the track. Pack the kids, the pets and yourself and think about making reservations for an inland motel.
Good luck to all.
