GOG joint sizes???????

So I have a quick question. I am looking to reorder/order some more GOG joints. I am looking at the UST site and there are a few different 14 and 19mm sizes. Which 14 and 19 are standard ? The sizes they have are 14/20 & 14/23. The 19’s are 19/22, 19/26. I know the dia ie:14 and 19 but what length is the norm?
What is the standard size used in most tubes? Thank you for your time,

As I understand it, the second number isn't the length of the tube, its the length of the ground part. This affects how they fit together.

Not really sure what the most common type is, I've been wondering that myself.

Nem you are correct, the length I am talking about is the ground part. Just heard from another source that the 14/23 and 19/26 are the ones that the company that rythmes with BOOR uses.

The shorter ones are American sizes, the longer are German sizes. I prefer the 19/26 and 14/23. They seem to lock better.

I'm pretty sure you can put a 14/23 male into a 14/20 female, the only problem is there might be a slight wobble, and there will be 2mm of the male hanging past the ground part of the female, causing it to get dirty, and maybe get stuck.

If you put a 14/20 male into a 14/22 female there is a slight wobble on that too. Same goes for the 2 19mm sizes.

All of the 14 and 19 joint sizes fit together airtight. The second number designates the length of the grind. A 14/23 male will stick out 3mm below the ground portion of a 14/20 female. A 19/22 male will stop 4mm short from the bottom of a 19/26 female. Personally I sell German sized joints about 5-1 vs American sized joints. The German females have a chunky square lip which is more aesthetically pleasing IMHO.
