Hello All!

I know some of you purchased the Colormax colors last month during the Winship sale and hate them. I personally have fallen in love with the Colormax White. Just posting this up to see if anyone that bought the white colormax that wasn't happy with it wants to pass it on and sell it for what they bought it for ($2.50+ per lb) + shipping costs.

If anyone does, please let me know either here or through a PM.

Looking for 1lb increments and up.

Thanks!

I am not 100% but the white was not a choice when they were selling it a 2.50 they only had 5 colors to choose from. I know a cat that use's the shit out of that white for all kinds of apps.

The colors that were available when I ordered the first time were cobalt, cognac, raspberry, rose, light green, opaque grey, and white. Each for $2.50 per lb.

The next week they were out of cobalt, raspberry, rose, and white.

They now only have grey, green, and cognac left.

Still looking for the cheap white from unpleased users :bouncy:

I got the colormax white and love it...for certain applications. It's more of a porcelain bone white than the brighter color you get from the borostix for example.

Sorry, keeping mine, just wanted to make the mention :D Good luck!

SothernFume - thanks for the offer but I'm really just looking for the colormax. I've used other whites and had some issues here and there. The colormax does have it's issues but for the price to use ratio I think it's awesome.

Menty666 - I know! The stuff is great in my opinion. It does look just like porcelain! Using a dark cobalt over it looks just like fine detail blue and white china. It seems to work almost softer than boro, as it melts quickly compared to other clear and colored boro. It will even boil on me and bubble but usually that just fades away and it looks unharmed.

Still.... The only reasons someone would hate this stuff is:

A) Shocky
B) Rocks/Crud in parts of the sticks
C) Will heat and work faster than surrounding colors in hollow applications.

So still looking for someone that matches the problems from A through C. Anyone?
