Neat.
Boron nitride in spray form (aerosol) is supposed to work well as a separator, if anyone is considering making a similar mold and ease the glass sticking to it;

its soft glass tubing! I got to play around with a bunch of molds like that at marci daviss studio in Miami. Some of the molds I used were over 100 years old, german i think. its a little tricky but the glass stays nice and hot for a while.

Its no different than working at a factory, If he is his own boss more power to him and it looks like a job! Its probably not boro or your eye's would be a blazing after a day full of ball melting.
