Finally getting back on the torch...

Hey Y'all,

I have finally been able to get back on the torch a little over the past few weeks.

IT FEELS GREAT!!!!!!!

I've always played around with a new color when it would come out or checked out how a new tool works but it has been a while since I have really been able to get on the torch.

For the past 4 years or so I have only been on the torch maybe a total of 5 or 6 times to actually make anything (not counting these past few weeks). The supply business just takes so much time that I just have not been able to make it happen. With the help of some great employees, a little of my time has been freed up to play.

I also have a new teaching area set up and plan to start teaching lessons in the very near future.

Maybe I'll be able to get some pics of some pieces here soon and post them.

Way to go!! don't let your real job take away from torch time.... but then again I am glad you are so dedicated to the supply side of things. Thanks for all you do ...have fun torching !!

Man, I feel you K, since opening my studio I thought I'd have more time to torch, since it's not like a constant stream of people beating down my door to buy supplies... but it seems every time I light the torch THEN someone calls or walks in the door...

people must have some sixth sense about that kinda stuff.
