Hey, hows it? I need a quad manifold for my barracuda. I would like to buy one from someone who has a used one. I could trade my 2 port manifold plus a little $ for a quad manifold. So if some one has a quad manifold and doesnt have a foot pedal to hook up to it, give me a shout. I really would like to hook my pedal up.. Also if some one has a used water cooling jacket, I would be interested!

Did you ever get the Quad manifold? I also am thinking about getting one to use a foot pedal? just wandering how it is to put together and how does it work? I think it would be great to have....
Thanks

No, never got one. Way too expensive new. I had thought about taking the 2 stud into a machine shop and having it modified for about $200 but I ended up with a delta elite and used the cuda as a partial trade. I wish I never got rid of it. I can do small stuff on the delta but it is a gas hog. Not very efficient for larger small peices. I think it would have kicked ass hooked up to a foot pedal. I have my delta on a pedal and it really does speed things up and saves a little gas too.
I have to say deltas seem really big tell you fully understand and can handle all the versatility of the lynx. I was banging out nice thick chunky hand piece's with the lynx only never touched my outer fire. Its easy to forget the lynx has settings with around 3/4 inch wide and ripping hot. you can also set your outer fire super low and boost these bigger lynx flames giving you a great mid flame. I have used a delta a mirage and I own a phantom and I have to say for me a production panker maker the phantom does the job! Do you have lox it is almost a req for good rage session's on the delta.

No I have tanked o2. They wont deliver lox where im at. I have 3 k tanks I fill atleast once a week. Yeah, im still getting used to the delta. Ive managed to get my consumption down to about 150lbs for a nice reg sized piece. Right after i posted last i discovered a dif flame for the lynx. I would say I do 90% on the centerfire. I had thought about downsizing to the mirage but Im afraid as soon as I do that Ill regret it. But thankfully im finding alot more flames now. I was just afraid of messing this thing up at first so I was playing it safe but I realized thats what the gtt's were disigned for. If you have any good tips on getting a nice phantom or barracuda sized flames from a delta, it would be greatly appreciated. I put an o2 bypass on my foot pedal so I have a little more versatility. Im running at 35psi o2 and 7 psi propane. Somebody had recomended 50 and 10 but I thought that was overkill and I noticed at lower psi's I had more flame characteristics.
