I've got a literal TON of graphite (mostly flats). Let me know if you need any - specify size & thickness. I'll be gentle with the price ;-)

Shit guys, 1" is thick and heavy!! I use 1/4 inch on my table top with no problems. If you REALLY need the 1" thick I can do it, but I've been saving it for some projects in the hot shop. So please just request what you really need. I've got plenty of 1/4 & 1/2 stuff that is more than adequate for flameworkers with a big torch. I'll snap some photos tonight of pieces I can part with, but I do want to save some thick stuff for some large scale hot shop work I've got planned for this winter.
Thanks!

well i personaly need a thicker piece as my stainless trays have edges around them
my 1/4" piece is too thin and wont clear these edges but the edges hold the graphite so it cant slide around
i also figured i would be able to carve some relief figures into the other side
different shapes to plunge hot glass into -a couple purposes for 1 piece
i could go a min of 3/4" thick if the price and quality is good and am fairly flexible on the length/width
eg. 10"x8" -8"x8" - 12 x 8 -12x 10 etc etc
let me know if you have anything for me and the price
i can pay with paypal and will pm my addy so you can check out the mail cost
im in Canada
*i have dial up only so cant see your pic site too well, just send me a small pic of my piece if you have it

1/2 inch and 1/4 inch will do fine. I only need a small piece of 1/4inch for a paddle and maybe a 10x10 of the 1/2 inch for my bench. How much?
I wasn't paying close enough attention; 1/2" is perfect. Echo... how much for a 12" sq?

I am interested in a 10x12 -1/2", or 8x12 -1/2", pieces, also some smaller thick blocks to attatch a handle to, for a masher/press. Lets see some pictures of the variety you got.

I always get a little miffed when 4-sale items are listed with no prices. Maybe it's just me but if you want to sell something it really helps to say what you want for it.
Did anyone actually get any graphite from Mark? There was over 10 people interested in this thread.
word, prices please.
when you evade direct questions it never looks good. it's impolite but also it makes it appear as if you have something to hide. i'm sure you're probably a good guy slackadelic, you're just not making your sales here in a very respectful or professional manner.
if you start a sales thread you have to maintain it. address the questions/concerns expressed fairly and follow through when you say your going to do something like post pics.
if you walk away from the thread it hurts your credibility. it's been over a week since slackadelic last posted with promise of pics to come.
at this point i think his username may just be truth in advertising. honestly, i wouldn't send $ and expect any better service than we've seen here.

You guys should try to find people who sell large pieces od graphite for industrial uses. That stuffs actually pretty damn cheap...meaning 10$ can buy a piece large enought to cover your table...100$ bucks can buy you more than you'll ever need....of course you'll need to shape and grind it yourself.

If you find these people please let us know. I just paid an arm and leg for a 24x24 1" thick piece to cast on.

Hey yall check this out. I just bought 6 pcs. 12"X 4-1/4"X 1" (thick) a couple days ago. For $2.50 each!! I havent recieved them in the mail yet. But the deal was if you by 6 pcs. they can send it all in the same box bulk rate, with 1 time shipping price. All in all it cost me $25.00 for six of these large 1" thick pieces. I was thinking of hoarding it all to myself and buying as much as I posssibly could, and trying to sell it piece by piece myself, but then I thought I would just share the Love. I will post pics when I recieve them to let everybody know how ligit this whole auction pans out. Anyway check out their ebay store. They have a lot of Graphite.
