Glasspipes.org questions

I have an account at the site, but have some questions.

First, I am having issues loading pics. No more than 1.5 MB it says. I use GIMP to resize smaller, the dang MBs of the file went up a little!

Finally, are they experimenting with selling like glassartists.org as well? I found this in FAQ so im guessing not? :
