Freehand! I traded him a $60 spoon for two he's still working on the other! This disc will get a ton of throws but nowhere near water :)! He said he spent 16 hours off an on doing it. He had a few more thing to put in it but had to quit because it started to bleed. I can get any disc dyed from him I think simple ones are 10 and they can go up to 30 for like 10 plus color ones!

I've got an old school glow speed demon that is begging to be an art project. But then again, night rounds are really fun so I may try stamping something else.
That disc is sweet. I would just put that one up on the wall. Destroyers are still my favorite out of the fast class that Innova is putting out now. They do get flippy though after a while. But definately my favorite overstable fast driver.

That is awesome. You have a really cool friend to go to all of that work for you. I would be too scared to use that disc (I have a tendency to lose discs at a rate of one every three holes or so).

Its hard to lose a putter :bouncy:
that's really sweet. i used to live near a couple courses, but there aren't any near me now. it's a bummer...been wanting to play again for awhile now.

damn...what type of dyes do you guys use when fixing up discs? Disc Golf is really popular round these parts and I must make myself a wig-wag disc. awesome pic, great job!

yea hahah me too. It is kind of flippy I think the dye and the strip he uses to take the innova stamp off might effect the flight pattern slightly. I'm gettin ghimm to do a wig way one for me too. Its gonna be black and white but will be super sick.

You can get wig wags from Mace Man, Brian Mace. I think he has a website. If he holds a shoot in your area check out his swag... he has some seriously nice stamps and the wig wag rasta putters are nice. The tri-fly from huk lab is really nice too.
High Speed discs are going to be flippy. It's a theory at this point, but one holding true. You wanna see someone flip a destroyer... I'm your huckleberry.

You would think that would be the case, wouldn't you. What can I say, I defy all conventions (and have spent a small fortune replacing discs).
Is he willing to make more? Id love a beast with a stealyourface on the top.

disc dyeing is one of my fav summer hobbies.
all you need is some rit dye and a good disc. vynil transfer tape makes great stencils.

acetone will remove the hot stamps.
the more scratches and dirt on teh disc= shitty dye job, the newer the disc the better teh end result will be. dx plastic wont hold a dye worth shit. the best plastics are the disccraft z plastic and innova pro or champion plastics.
if you wish to do a large area of color, use a rit dye bath, and float the disc. the longer it sits in the solution, the deeper adn richer the dye job.
for more detail free hand method, mix rit dye and laundry soap, place in a bottle with a tip on it adn squeeze out the goo onto the disc and let it set in.

I have tons of dyed disc all sorts of patterns and designs, easiest way is to get rit powdered dye into a paste and drop a stencil on the disc....
but none of them are as nice as these babies I acquired recently.....
