Well, the boys finally came down off the mountain and showed the world what lampworking is all about. Team Northstar really showed everyone the next page in the lampworking instructional manual.
Now all I can think of is the BIG DIP. Seeing all that boro coming out of the crucible gave me shivers.
The quality of the work at this flame off really shows the professional quality of the lampworking community. The 12 teams brought talent from all corners of our craft and put it under one arena roof I am so glad I had a chance to work on this project. The crew did such a good job to pull this off.
