How does one make a liquid filled pipe with no hole and glue?

I've seen a pipe totally filled but I don't understand how to seal the liquid in. Thanks for the info.......Slick:o:

Chances are it does have a hole that is glued and the glue looks just like the other glass dots around it.

or it has a nipple that it was filled from then carefully sealed with a tiny pin flame. those ones tend to have the bowl shaped like a condom. or use your magic wand.

A lot of people used to put little marbles near the hole to make the glue look like another marble.
