its been a while since i have been able to melt anything but i finally got to get back the other day and these are a few pieces that i think have potential. i have always liked the jellyfish and i am trying to find a design i like so it is a lot of messin around with different ideas until i get the one i like.

i have a few in the kiln that are really different than these. i will post pics when they come out.

its good to be back in the shop and on the forum.

jay

p.s. let me know which one of the four styles you like or dont like if you get a chance.

I really like the super thin whispy lines you got goin on...

I'm not a fan of the last stretched out one.

good morning all,
thanks for the comments and taking a look at my jellies.

here are a few more styles i am trying out.

having problem trapping air in a few spots but i think i know what i am doing wrong. hopefully the next one will be bubble free.

i have a few more caps i want to try but i think i am gonna stay with the whispy tenticles as that is more lifelike.

have o big one in the kiln that i did this moring. it is a nice one with the most detailed cap yet.

my pics just dont show the dimensional quality of these pieces. the jellies are floating above the seafloor nicely.

post pics tomorrow.

later , jay
