If you've ever been curious to what exactly liquid oxygen is here is a couple links to vids discussing the properties of liquid oxygen and how its made. The method of the oxygen production is different in the videos but wether the oxygen is produced through chemical reactions or supplied as compressed oxygen gas the second stage of the process appears to be the same. Its passed through liquid nitrogen condensing the gas to a liquid.
